Evan Hakimi

Evan is responsible for originating and structuring loans for the following products: Fix & Flip, Ground-up, Stabilized SFR Portfolios, and Multifamily Bridge. Evan joined Roc Capital in 2019 and has closed over $1.8bn in loans through third party originators, mortgage brokers, and borrowers.

Prior to Roc Capital, Evan worked at Morgan Stanley’s Commercial Real Estate Finance (CREF) Group and JP Morgan’s Commercial Term Lending Group.

Evan is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business and has a degree in Finance and Economics.

Evan speaks English, Farsi, and Hebrew.
