By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and the decisions of the contest sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:  Contest participants and the winner agree to release and hold Roc Capital Holdings LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Roc Capital” or the “sponsor”), and their respective owners, partners, directors, managers, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind (including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages) in connection with the contest or receipt or redemption of the prize.  Roc Capital will not be liable for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the contest or use or redemption of the prize.  By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that Roc Capital is not the manufacturer, maker, or seller/merchant of the prize, and that Roc Capital makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the prize or to electric scooters or similar products in general. 

The prize will be delivered to the contest winner’s address or, at the sole option and discretion of Roc Capital, to a recipient designated by the contest winner.  Roc Capital does not warrant that the contest will be uninterrupted or error-free and reserves the right to end or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.  A contest winner will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the contest period.  The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC.  Participants must be 18 years and older.  The contest/promotion may not be combined with any other contests/promotions.  The contest prize is not transferable or redeemable for any cash or cash equivalent.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
